I found the people that check you in in adult medicine, pediatrics and especially the front desk extremely rude and harsh. Been going there for a few years now and they are always unhappy. They act as if you are bothering them by checking in. SMG needs to get some new front desk people because they are the first ones you see when arriving and it makes it an even worse experience than being there in the first place.
