In a few years I would like to purchase a new piano. I went into West Music just to gather some information and I was really impressed with their staff. I made it clear that I wouldn’t be purchasing a piano for quite some time, but they took the time to give a tutorial so that I would know what to ask, and what I was looking at when the time came. I was really impressed that they were willing to invest a good amount of time into my inquiry when they knew that I wouldn’t be purchasing a piano in the near future.
