was referred to this doctor for botox injections for a sweating disorder. was quoted 800.00 for this procedure and set appt. to have done. after services were completed i was still experiencing sweating under one arm the other arm was perfect. called to speak with dr. rudnicki but his office states he does not talk to patients over the phone. instead his office manager states that we need to pay another 400.00 for the one arm, 3 days after we spent 800.00, to me i believe dr. rudnicki could have at least called and listened to my complaints. i asked to have the one arm done at no charge or to at least refund 400.00 to go to another doctor, and his office said sorry but we don't refund. i have already contacted the state medical board for indecent practice and rude office workers also 3 of my friends have canceled appts. with this doctor and are seeking other dermatologists. as a final comment this office called the mesquite police dept. who called us at home and stated they felt threatened by our phone call, when all we wanted was the medical procedure redone. i do not recommend this doctor..................
