I found the staff to be friendly, easy going and knowledgeable. I was professionally fitted on my bike and have been comfortable ever since. I did not have a lot of time and went there the other day to pick up brake pads. The pads were in stock and the service was quick with a smile. I asked what I could do to upgrade my bike and they suggested the tires. I put on some lighter tires and have increase my speed 1-2 mph. They have a great Fun ride on Sunday mornings. We meet at the store at 7:30 am . John one of the Managers is usually there and is super friendly. He is committed to everyone having fun and being safe. You can ask him any questions regarding your bike.
