We were very pleased when we started going to this office in 2003 and continued to be for quite sometime. However over the last few years it seems to me that there is either a huge problem with those who create the schedule or the doctors just don't respect their patients time. Our last visit there resulted in us deciding to find a new pediatrician for our childred. We waited in the waiting room for over 45 mintues past our appointment time with no communication from the front desk as to why. If this had been the 1st ocassion of this happening I wouldn't have been so upset by it but unfortunately it has happened several times. They need to be more respectful of their patients time when booking their schedules. I've had a few other issues with there office that has pushed this decision along as well. I just want people to know if you have all the time in the world to sit in a waiting room filled with sick kids especially when you are there for just a yearly check up then they are a pretty good group if not then keep looking.
