I went here for a lunch with co-workers and our employers (8 of us). It took a strange-ly long time for them to get our food out to us but the food was really interesting. I had portebello mushroom and pepperjack melt with black beans, onions, and sweet potato spread for $6.25. An unusual combination but it really worked and was yummy. There are a lot of veggie choices and I had trouble deciding between what I got and the sweet potato and swiss melt with grilled onions, squash, tomato and spinach. Two of the people with me got it though and both said it was quite tasty though not as sweet potato-y as they would expect from something called a sweet potato melt. I got fries too and they weren't really that great--too large and non deep fried crispy for me. Plus the ketchup was weird homemade ketchup or something. Kinda runny and sweet and cinnamony. We were like, 'can we get some Heinz?' One of the people got avocado soup which came out looking really really brilliantly green and in a martini glass. The decor is really trendy - cute - punk - hip too. I want to go back for dinner--the "Granola-encrusted tofu over coffee-pear rice and spicy yogurt sauce" on their menu is enormously appealing.
