Review content:
I thought I was the only person who hated the Webster Place Theaters along the congested Clybourn Corridor, but I guess not. I was astounded when I asked for a ticket for a particular showtime, but was sold a ticket for the next show with no mention that my requested show was sold out. This kind of inexcusable poor service should not be rewarded with return business, and I have not been back to this theater. There are plenty of newer and better theaters around to see a movie.
