My husband and I started our house hunt back in early September '05. I knew that the best way to go would be to hire a real estate agent. I had seen signs all over for HER Realtors, and I just knew I had to look on their website for help. We were assigned to Claudia Miller, based on the location of where we wanted to search.
Claudia met with us right away to look at houses. I felt that she was a great choice- very friendly, not pushy in the slightest, wanted to make sure we were seeing only what we wanted to see.. She even came to pick up myself and my children on one occasion, to go look at houses while my husband was at work (we only have one car). I felt this was going above and beyond, and was greatful she would do that for us. My 3 yr old always talked about her when we were at home, so I think she liked Claudia as well. LOL
When we finally found "our house", she helped us through the "offer" process, the inspection, and so on. CLosing was much easier than I had thought it would be, and she even stopped by after we got settled, with a housewarming gift. I would definately recommend her to anybody looking for a house in the Columbus area!
