Review content:
The West Seattle YMCA is a great place to work out and have fun with your kids. They offer a wide variety of classes, free weights, cardio machines and swimming. They have all the latest in fitness: pilates, yoga, bosu, kickboxing as well as tons or kids to do. Their on-site child care is awesome for that much needed "you" time to work out or just go in the hot tub and sauna. They have monthly parents-night-out and family activities open to the community. Also, they have swimming lessons and birthday party facilities for kids. They do it all and it is a local non-profit that really strives to serve the need of the community.
