Chuck came on a holiday, did his utmost to make cost a factor and was honest about advantages and disadvantages of each water heater. When he arrived for the appointed time he was early and worked rapidly making the installation better than it was before. his quote was a little high and so the cost was even lower than expected. Best plumbing job ever, great job Chuck!
