Okay...let me start by saying I feared the dentist like no other doctor....\r \r After not having been to the dentist since high school (I'm 34), I met Dr. Plotnick.... when I was reminded she is a dentist, I made the mistake of telling her something happened to one of my teeth and I hadn't been able to chew anything on the left side of my mouth.... she was persistant about me going in...it worked.\r \r I don't know what possessed me, but I booked an appointment during the week before work... first appointment of the day.... everyone in the office was so pleasant! (I'm not that pleasant in the morning...) I had a cleaning first, where the hygenist was extremely gentle in telling me my gums are a disaster... offered a procedure to clean them better, but she wasn't pushy at all. It's still my decision to make. She explained how I can better take care of them on a daily basis.\r \r Then I saw Dr. Plotnick....I was still freaking out about my gums, but she was great because she mentioned the p
