Review content:
I used Groupon for the first time and booked two same day services. There was a snafu on one of the services, but they didn't charge me. Nancy suggested a different and more expensive facial than the microderm, and honoured the Groupon anyway. I found them to be a little overly suggestive about my needing added services, but they seemed educated on their products and about skin, so its likely they were just trying to help me get the results I wanted.
