I agree with Megan below. My doctor, Doctor Stepansky, is wonderful but the office staff is nasty. Someone called to provide me with results of lab tests, and when I asked some questions she got very defensive and gave me an attitude. I was polite and had legitimate questions. In addition, I am not comfortable with her response to my questions, so I am going to call to ask to have my doctor himself contact me.
