I have been most pleased with all the services that are offered at this office. Ashley is the one who interviewed me to see what services would be appropriate for my needs. She was fully honest with me, telling me that white hairs are not removed and that since I had dark hair, it would probably be more effective than if I didn't. I was informed by her that the AmeriLase would remove the white hairs and I could go to the office that had that machine when I needed. I decided for the skin tightening, bikini line, and underarms. I was told what to expect but responded better than expected. I decided to add my lower legs to the list of things I wanted done and am shaving much less often. Crystal has been my nurse for almost all of my treatments; she's wonderful. I found her to be most conscientious and thorough. After receiving a demo on the VelaShape, I decided to add that to my list and received my first treatment yesterday and my skin is definitely smoother and my hips tighter. As with Crystal, Rajani, the one performing the Vela procedure, is very professional with me and seems concerned with my progress. They gave me a demo of the dermabrasion and the next day showed drastic improvement in the area I had burned as a youngster. In reading other reviews, I noted some people say mixed and missed appointments are a problem at other clinics and that the penalties are horrendous. I've not experienced that here. Then again, I wouldn't miss my appointment if I could make it in any way. There was a mix-up on my first Vela appointment and I was treated fairly and with dignity. I do notice there are times when one has trouble reaching someone on the phone; other times it is not that way. I try not to call at the noon hour, and that helps, for I have seen it so busy here that no-one is getting lunch. Stockton is so fortunate to have these people here in this clinic. I wish all those who did not have a good experience could come here and experience what it should be like to pamper yourself with the laser services offered by American Laser Centers. Caveat Emptor, check out reviews and talk to staff before you buy... then come to Stockton and experience the best.
