LIARS, DECEITFUL, BAD WORK. Avoid like the plague.\r
I went in for their ""Free"" checkup. I gave them my insurance card and was told ""your insurance will only pay for cleanings and xrays, no other services"" I left thinking I had a crappy insurance plan. NEVER was I told, that they JUST DIDNT PARTICIPATE IN MY PLAN, which pays 80% of all services with participating dentists. I had a broken tooth and made an appt to have the tooth crowned. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! 3 appts and 9 hours later, I finally had a crown, that fits terribly. I saw Dr. Erica Lesniak-Burns, who even ground off some of the tooth above it to ""make it fit"". The staff members making the temporary crowns, are very unskilled and it took them hours to make the temporary crowns, I left in tears each time. I now am out over $1000. dollars and have to live with a ill fitting crown.
