Businiess name:  Bijan Bar & Restaurant

Review content:
Bijan was very easy to find, located right off 680/Mission Blvd. then head west (opposite direction of the McDonald's right off the freeway) for a little less than 2 miles. Pass the ARCO gas station and make a U-turn then it's in that shopping center near Starbucks. Naan bread & raw onions: didn't care for the Naan and I know Persians eat raw onions with their meal...but I'm not Persian! :) Dolmeh Barg: this was so-so and the yogurt sauce they serve with it was a nice touch, but I didn't love this appetizer. Caesar Salad: the presentation was beautiful but the execution was weak. The dressing was nicely drizzled over the top of the romaine lettuce, but tossing the Caesar salad really should be done prior to serving. The croutons were miniscule and soft, not crunchy, so overall this was a fail. Koobideh Kabob: I'm thankful this dish was the highlight of the meal! Every aspect of this plate was fantastic, the kabobs were perfectly seasoned and cooked (thank you Bijan for not overcooking the meat!) and the rice was delicious. The veggies were delightfully sauteed in butter (yummy!) and the portion was large enough for dinner plus a to-go box for tomorrow's lunch. I'm definitely coming back here, but next time I'll skip the Dolmeh and Caesar Salad. The service was excellent. Pros: Koobideh Kabob Cons: Dolmeh, Caesar Salad
