I went based on all the positive reviews here and found them extremely misleading.\r \r The damage was a small fender scrape and 3 inch by half inch long body dent. No big deal. But problems started when they didn't want to give me an estimate "because that's between us and the insurance company". They wanted me to drop the car off and leave, explaining it was not my business and they were professionals. The shop has an "old school" Armenian tone.\r \r Eventually I got him to give me an estimate (because I was "curious") but he seemed really put off by it, as if I was the only person in the last 3 years to ask. He built it up on the computer and sent it to the printer, but after I said I would leave the car, he said something about it not printing right, reached over and ripped it up.\r \r The car was to be ready 3 days later. They would call. They never called. I called. They said they were shipped the wrong parts TWICE. \r \r So I had to leave the car over a holiday (4 more days) and
