Stay clear of this second rate caterer.\r -Once they got my deposit, the coordinator was difficult to reach and avoided questions regarding the event details\r -They offered a tasting prior to the event. The food was very good, but then, it was freshly prepared.\r -The event food was mediocre. Hors d'oeuvres barely warm and rubbery.\r -They were late setting up, thus late starting. To top it off, the coordinator (who was one of the 3 staff there) DISAPPEARED for 45 minutes as the event was to start. They said she had to get ice. That left the bartender and only one person to prepare and pass the appetizers. Not the service I paid for. And the ice? We had plenty, and when she returned, she was not carrying ice.\r -I paid for a tenderloin carving station with a chef attending. There was no chef, and when the meat was brought out, it was already sliced (shredded actually) and lukewarm. \r -When I asked for a refund on the $150 chef fee, I got an argument and a major attitude. \r -They
