My family consider themselves Best Western Travelers and were a little disappointed in this hotel. It looks great online and in the Best Western Travel Book but once getting there it was a different story. The rooms were out dated and there was garbage still in the room. The pool was freezing all 3 days we were there. And the Complimentary Breakfast, left something to be desired. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Also the hotel has a couple of residential houses to the north. Our first night there one of the houses was having a party and we could hear their loud music all night and people screaming profanities.
