Review content:
The salesman lied to me to get me to come it - both on the agreed to price beforehand and the documentation fee. Negotiations went badly and if I were smarter, I would have walked. They didn't put the right price on all the paperwork and I was charged too much. To make matters worse, the salesman lied to me again on whether I had the free oil changes for life and they only gave it to me when I rated the company as a 1 out of 5 on the Honda survey. An icky, icky experience.
