Our precious loved one recently past away. Our family held the services at this funeral home, which we never should have done, but we were simply too emotional and unprepared. Unfortunately, Sandra, I think her last name is Mirabal, worked with us. Our experience with her was awful. She has no people skills, lacks sympathy (ie. no hello's and sorry for your loss), just get down to business and give me your money type of deal. I understand it's a business, but come on have some sympathy and people skills in this type of business. She also lied to us in order to rush us into paying so she could ensure she had her money and we were going with Mirabal for the services. In short, if you would like to be treated with respect, support, and sympathy during this difficult time in your life, have your loved one?s services elsewhere and spare yourself the experience we had to go through at Mirabal?s Funeral home with Sandra. No one deserves to be treated like this during such a diffi
