We all are well familiar with the hassles regarding insurance companies, and I've had my share. I recently discovered this office out in Canby while searching on-line for better quotes for my Gutter Contracting business liability insurance a few months ago. They are not close to our SW Portland home, although fortunately for me I happen to have a client in Canby around that same time, so I got lucky and was able to meet the people on the other end of the phone line.\r

I still have not met or talked to Joseph Moss, but I since had good experience switching over our 3 car auto policies to them as well. Carolyn has shown to be the most attentive and responsible agent I've run across over the last 3 decades+. She is on the ball without being pushy, so I highly recommend them, even if they are not in your neighborhood.
