I needed a new heating system for my small, 800 square foot house. Mine was so very old and the company was defunct. I couldn't even get filters for this any longer. The furnace/wall unit was only running at 50% or less effiency.
I called three businesses. I have reviewed the others. One of the FIRST places I phoned to schedule an appointment was Ron Hammes as I see his commercials on television. I left a voice mail message the first time. The second time I called I spoke w/ a woman and she took my information and said they would get back to me promptly -- that everybody was "on a job right now." I waited and waited. Nobody bothered to phone me. So that's two messages: one automated, one live, and no calls. I cannot recommend Ron Hammes. This organization didn't have the curteousy to call back.
