I needed a new heater for the winter. i called them up and we set up a appointment for me to get a new one. they really helped me out and they have good service.

Ron Hammes was recommended by a friend, who has used their service in the past. I was pleased at how thourough the salesman was when he came to the house. That is where it ended...

Ron Hammes was recommended by a friend, who has used their service in the past. I was pleased at how thourough the salesman was when he came to the house. That is where it ended. I called the office 3 times requesting to talk to the salesman, always on the phone, he nver returned a single call. Then 3 weeks AFTER he came to the house, we finally received the estimate. Apparently the smaller the fish the more the fish has to wait! 90% furnace vs teh 95% effecient furnace we requested. Half the work we wanted done was written down....DO NOT GO WITH RON HAMMES! Unless you are a big company you get TERRIBLE SERVICE! Teri was our salesman....stay away! If you WANT the 'TRANE' name go with Bagneski in LaCrosse! more

DONT EVEN BOTHER THEY ARE CROOKS 12/8/2010

I would not recommend this business if they were the last HVAC service in the world. I have had problems with my new furnace that they installed since the day one. They tried to fix it multiple times only for it to break down again. I also had to make many phone calls to get service done on the unit, as I was told multiple times that they had bigger customers to take care of first before we can get over to your problem. Needless to say I got another HVAC service provider who fixed the problem the first time, that RON HAMMES COULDN?T FIX ON FOUR TRIPS.\r \r PS Ron Hammes is not worth one star but thats the lowest you could go. more

No Call Back - Ever 11/11/2005

I needed a new heating system for my small, 800 square foot house. Mine was so very old and the company was defunct. I couldn't even get filters for this any longer. The furnace/wall unit was only running at 50% or less effiency. I called three businesses. I have reviewed the others. One of the FIRST places I phoned to schedule an appointment was Ron Hammes as I see his commercials on television. I left a voice mail message the first time. The second time I called I spoke w/ a woman and she took my information and said they would get back to me promptly -- that everybody was "on a job right now." I waited and waited. Nobody bothered to phone me. So that's two messages: one automated, one live, and no calls. I cannot recommend Ron Hammes. This organization didn't have the curteousy to call back.
