I have had very bad experiences with the front desk girls and the manager. I needed to cancel my membership because of a work transfer and kept getting billed even after I sent a certified letter to the general manager Susan. I attempted to call her 27 TIMES!!!! No return phone call, until one day I decided to finally go in. Well no wonder she looks as if she was running a marathon rather than running a business. Now I understand this is a gym but never have i seen a manager so unprofessionally kept, mind you her hair was even wet....was that from running or was it just so greasy it looked wet? She was rude, short, sat and ate while I was talking to her in her office and then rushed me off assuring me the cancellations would go through and told me to call next month if it did not. WELL of course nothing changed the following month. I have had it I called again demanding to talk to her and was told she was out on the floor and was on a break...I tried back an hour later...same story. Fi
