Review content:
Staff over books and doesn't inform you if they are behind schedule. They obviously don't care that you have parked in a meter and get ticketed. It's always courteous to inform NEW patients if they will be waiting longer than an hour.
The staff seems overwhelmed or else just not courteous.
Also, they allow kids to sit in the wait room with a hacking cough...while there are Newborns in the same room...it's just not a good set-up
Cons: Overcrowded wait room- 1 hour waiting time ridiculous!
