Ok so I used this place 3 times.\r \r #1 took car #1 for oil change. When getting it back, drove 2 miles and the engine's RPM started jumping. They tore 2 spark plug wires while changing oil!!! A $400 job they refused to take responsibility for. BUT I live a block away so i thought maybe just a coincidence.\r \r #2 took car #2 for break job. had a $99 coupon, they tried to sell me a $500 break job. i asked if the 99 was no good. They got mad - i took the 99. After picking up the car my breaks failed after 50 miles! They actually broke my master cylinder! then claimed i was "ASKING FOR IT" by insisting on the $99 job! this is after i spoke with them for 10 minutes and was assured that the 99 job was "equivalent" to the 500 one.
