I'll be going here any time I want to get my hair done from now on.. I usually go to a little place in Bremerton, but decided to get a trim a couple weeks ago at the Seaport salon (also in old town Silverdale), which was nice and all, but when I tried to make an appt to get my hair done for my school dance they were booked and I ended up going with Pzazz. I'm glad I did because this is my new salon! The waiting area is super stylish and makes you feel gorgeous, even though the seats aren't very comfy. They offer something to drink upon your arrival, everybody is really nice, & the service is great. My appt was at noon but I guess the hairdresser I was scheduled for was sick so I had to wait about 45 min for someone else to come in, which was ok because the atmosphere is really nice and I got a complementary paraffin hand treatment. My difficult curly hair ended up looking great and the style stayed pretty well. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 was because the receptionist lady offered water when I walked in, which I never got, then when she told me the stylist would be late offered me tea again and forgot again, until about 20 min later after another customer came into the waiting room and asked for something. I got mine after his. All of the other good stuff cancelled it out, and I'm sure it's not a regular occurrence.
Pros: Great service & atmosphere, get the style that you ask for
Cons: Difficult to find the first time.
