Businiess name:  Tier 1 heating and air

Review content:
A contractor recommended Tier 1 Heating and Air to me several years ago and I have been using them ever since. I have been very satisfied with the installation and service work that they have done for my remodels and new homes. All I have to do is make one call and I can rely on Tier 1 to come out and get the job done. They take care of things so that I never have to worry. They always address and fix any issues that arise. I also appreciate their honesty. When they give me a quote for a job, they are always right on the mark with what it should be or, if they see a way that they can save me money, they do, which is unusual. In some cases, Tier 1 has repaired things for me even though the warranty had expired. I have not asked them to do that, they just did it. That is good business. Alan D. Little
