Pet Essentials is the store of the future. Full of friendly, kind and caring owners and employees, no matter what your pets issues or behavior problems, they will get to the bottom of it and do what they can to help solve your problems. They continue to grow their product lines offering fun and interactive toys. The bathing dept. is above and beyond your typical pet store taking the mess and inconvenience out of your own bathtub. After shopping at Pet Essentials, I was done going to any other pet store in town.
Pros: Knowledgeable, caring and compassionate service.
