I like this little Cost Cutters on the east side! The parking is great~as they are in a little strip mall with all different stores.The staff here is so nice~as soon as you walk in he door someone is smiling and greeting you! You don't have to make a appointment and I ave never had to wait more then 10 minutes! They are also great for the whole family~my Mom gets a perm there all the time!
