My dog is very important to me. Although my income is limited, I would never leave her at a place where I did not have total confidence. I have used this kennel for many years through the life span of three dogs, 2 black labs and one beagle. I have recently recommended this kennel to my daughter who has special needs Vizsla puppy. I have found this kennel to be clean and to provide loving care with professional record-keeping, attention to special dietary needs, medications, etc. It is heated in the winter and air conditioned in the summer. If your dog needs more exercise than twice daily in his private kennel run, you can pay extra for that service. Although the main building may not be secure, the area housing the kennel is locked when it is not staffed. As advertised, the kennel is staffed 3 hours in the AM and 2 hours in the PM during the week. On the weekends, the kennel is staffed 3 hours on Saturday and 2 hours Sunday. Pick up and drops offs may only be done during times when the kennel is staffed. I find this kennel to provide services exactly as advertised.
