Horrendous customer service at the Lakewood (West Colfax location) Quality Auto Sound. I initially went in to have a simple iPod connector installed. It turned into a difficult nightmarish process from the beginning. Once it was installed, I thought I was in the clear. Wrong! I've been back twice in less than six months to have it repaired/redone. The craftsmanship is shoddy. And the customer service is worse. Today a lady behind me threw a hissy fit, complete with cussing, yelling and threats, over the poor customer service she was receiving. I didn't try this, but apparently acting like a fool gets you somewhere because she was moved to the front of the line. If you're up for a frustrating and low-quality experience with a built-in guarantee to return time after time for repairs, then this is your place! You'll be in great company; there are always fellow unhappy customers in this store. Run away to a better company, fast!
