Customer service here at Southlake is second to none. The staff listen to us when we are pointing out stains.. ALL work is done on the premises, Unlike many other cleaners in the Lake Norman area. Any concern is handled promptly. I love the drive through, especially helpful when it is raining. This is a one stop service company-DRY CLEANING, LAUNDRY, ALTERATIONS, and EMBROIDERY SERVICES. I ""heard"" that TUXEDO services will become available in the fall. How awesome! Now my husband won't have to drive to Charlotte to get fitted. Their slogan, ""when image matters"" is so true! Try them today. You will be completely happy with their work and customer service. The hours 7-7 are convenient . We live in Concord and I work in Denver so they are located in a great place for us---in the Southlake Cleaners.
