This review is for work done a few years back, but I have had problems with my car ever since. First of all, my 3 month old car was rear ended by a drunk teenager on Cumberland Ave. I was in college, so my insurance was out of state and just referred me to s list of places to get it fixed, Neuberts was first on the list and the reviews were good, so I went there. They got it done when they said they woukd, but when I went to look at my almost brand new car, the repairs did not look very good. The outside looked fine, but in the trunk and in less noticable areas, it looked a bit like a kindergarten cut and paste job. Since it was my first car and I wasn't sure what to expect from the repairs so I took a more knowlwdgable friend, and those were her thoughts ss well. I called my insurance to let them know my concerns and they arranged to have a third party inspect the car before I picked it up. When I got to Neuberts to meet the inspector, he was in the office chatting away with the staff, asking about each other's children and whatnot; they seemed to be old buddies. And, surprise, surprise, he inspected the car and said it looked good to him. I was still a bit uncomfortable about it, but it drove fine and there wasn't much else I could do beyond having it inspected, so that was that. First time I drove the car after the repairs, the trunk popped open and wouldn't latch. Also, the rear turn signal light wasn't working. So, I took it back and they fixed it and I figured I was good to go. Fast forward a year later. I was on my way to pick up my husband from work, and the bumper FELL OFF. Yes, litterally, just fell off. Now, I do realize a year is a long time, but nothing at all had happened to the car in that time, and
