Wish I Had Known Better 2/9/2013

This review is for work done a few years back, but I have had problems with my car ever since. First of all, my 3 month old car was rear ended by a drunk teenager on Cumberland Ave. I was in college, so my insurance was out of state and just referred me to s list of places to get it fixed, Neuberts was first on the list and the reviews were good, so I went there. They got it done when they said they woukd, but when I went to look at my almost brand new car, the repairs did not look very good. The outside looked fine, but in the trunk and in less noticable areas, it looked a bit like a kindergarten cut and paste job. Since it was my first car and I wasn't sure what to expect from the repairs so I took a more knowlwdgable friend, and those were her thoughts ss well. I called my insurance to let them know my concerns and they arranged to have a third party inspect the car before I picked it up. When I got to Neuberts to meet the inspector, he was in the office chatting away with the staff, asking about each other's children and whatnot; they seemed to be old buddies. And, surprise, surprise, he inspected the car and said it looked good to him. I was still a bit uncomfortable about it, but it drove fine and there wasn't much else I could do beyond having it inspected, so that was that. First time I drove the car after the repairs, the trunk popped open and wouldn't latch. Also, the rear turn signal light wasn't working. So, I took it back and they fixed it and I figured I was good to go. Fast forward a year later. I was on my way to pick up my husband from work, and the bumper FELL OFF. Yes, litterally, just fell off. Now, I do realize a year is a long time, but nothing at all had happened to the car in that time, and more

Worst experience 1/20/2012

I was sent to Joe Neubert collision by my insurance company for a new front bumber!! They told me that it would be finished in a week tops. After a week I called them and they kept telling me it will be ready later today and finally they began to transfer me immediately to voicemail. Two weeks later I finally got my car back. I got in it for the first time and didn't even start in the parking lot. Not to mention there is black grease all over my seats, doors, and steering wheel. I will NEVER use them again nor will I ever recommend it. more

lied to me 6/13/2011

I brought my car to Joe Newbert a while back for them to fix my automatic window regulator. I was told that in order to replace the regulator, they had to replace the window glass also. This meant $250 extra and I had to redo the tint. Recently, the regulator broke again. I found out the item was improperly installed the first time and as it turns out, the glass Does Not need to be replaced in order to do the job. more

Accepts Most Major Insurance 8/16/2005

After a minor fender bender (and a beat up tail gate) the insurance company sent me to Joe Neubert Collision center. They offer a lifetime warranty on all their paint and body work. It did take a while longer than they origonally said to get my car back, but when I got it back it was just as good as new! Other than that no complaints here. They work on any make/model. more
