The flag out front says Brake Service. Brakes? Sort of. Service? Not at all. I had the brakes on my wife's van fully serviced in July of 2010. In December 2010 we had to take them back in for service. Today, June 2011, we took them back in for the same service. The manager was not sympathetic at all to our frustration with having to bring our vehicle in for service every six months. He said my complaint was ""smart alec"" and that he didn't have to listen to my ""crap."" He in no way, shape or form offered to make the work right. I gave him several opportunities to stand behind the work his shop had already done twice, and all he woud offer was to ""look at it."" We left and took my wife's van to the Midas in North Richland Hills (6745 Rufe Snow Blvd.) and received a kind reception. The staff there offered to waive the labor charge since it had been less than a year since the service, and only charged us for the parts. They also avoided making personal insults.
