I have lived here for approximately 6 years and have found that this park is very safe and quiet and well maintained. I have found the owners to very accomodating with anything I need. The park has a nice laundry room and well maintained pool for the summer months. \r

So if you are single, married, with children or retired you will find that the the park owners have made this a very comfortable place to live and know that you are safe and its very quiet. \r

I like that the owner screens applications so they can maintain this atmosphere. It makes for a safe and friendly place to live as well. \r

You will always have the ONE PERCENT who are never happy and complain and dont want to follow the common everyday park rules, however that is very rare in this park. \r
\r
So if you are looking for a friendly quiet place to put your RV or rent a mobile home here. Its the perfect place. Only one mile from the Shopping Center, Walmart, Target,FoodCo, and New Hospital.
