Review content:
The billing department has the nastiest attitude, and worst ethics I've ever experienced. These idiotic women think they have a right to read confidential medical information because they ""are in a medical building"", yes, that is what they told me. They are extremely immature and unprofessional, and of course when I ask them not to read my personal doctor's notes, they tell me that they're going to hang up on me. Save your patience, don't go here.
Pros: My doctor is nice
Cons: I'll never go back there because of my experience with the billing dept.
