They Don't Back Their Warranties in Anderson SC \r Edit Review? By Steve E. \r They was real nice to me until they got my money and then the element of dread set in. If I needed an adjustment (lifetime) it takes about that long to get one. I have went in at 8:00 am and a hundred people come in and I left at 4:00pm. They told me they would see me but PAYING customers came first! Of course! They told me to return and I did at the specified date and left after sitting over 4 hours. They make you dread coming in so you will leave. The teeth I purchased had a five year warranty and I was notified after the doctor looked at my teeth that the bite was no where near right, after 3 years,( I was a first time denture wearer) he sent his nurse to tell me that they would NOT honor my warranty even if they had another year. This is unacceptable to me. I bought the best premium denture to get the best warranty, which is not worth the paper it's written on. I'm gonna speak to the main office before I consider legal action. There is no ""Good Faith"" in a lot of businesses these days. It's a shame you have to ""Force"" them if possible to keep their words of contract!\r \r
