They was real nice to me until they got my money and then the element of dread set in. If I needed an adjustment (lifetime) it takes about that long to get one. I have went in at 8:00 am and a hundred people come in and I left at 4:00pm. They told me they would see me but PAYING customers came first! Of course! They told me to return and I did at the specified date and left after sitting over 4 hours. They make you dread coming in so you will leave. The teeth I purchased had a five year warranty and I was notified after the doctor looked at my teeth that the bite was no where near right,after 3 years,( I was a first time denture wearer) he sent his nurse to tell me that they would NOT honor my warranty even if they had another year. This is unacceptable to me. I bought the best premium denture to get the best warranty, which is not worth the paper it's written on. I'm gonna speak to the main office before I consider legal action. There is no ""Good Faith"" in a lot of businesses these days. It's a shame you have to ""Force"" them if possible to keep their words of contract!\r
