Businiess name:  Tuscany Restaurant

Review content:
As far as a hotel restaurant, I would recommend Tuscany. The menu offered a great selection of unique-sounding and curiosity-rousing entres - I chose the elk, which was delicious! Lean, cooked medium in a tasty sauce with potatoes and buk choy(?). For dessert I had the plum and goat cheese tart, which was yummy but could of had more of the blood-orange sauce to moisten it up a bit more. The service was polite and prompt, food great - and overall recommended. Pros: Convenient to guests, Menu selection, Pleasant ambience Cons: Far from city center
