NYComputers is really ""WERECOVERDATA"", but you don't know that until you walk into their small 10 x 10 office with one desk, two chairs and a paper sign. There is a secretary at the desk who tells you to fill out personal information on a desktop. You sit right across from her, but this is not a date. \r The secretary asked me what was I seeking to recover from my laptop. I told her I was there to get it fixed. The response was ""$75.00 for diagnostic, there is another price for the service, but we will have to find out. "" After typing in a few words, another lady pops her head out from behind a door - seemingly appearing to be exciting of a new catch. I really did not feel comfortable going further; I didn't get any positive vibe that I would even be satisfied with a $75 diagnostic. \r \r I left; but called Dell....""Support.Dell"" now they were GREAT, but that is another story!
