I just had a good experience with my State Farm Insurance Office and wanted to share it. During the high winds over the past few days, I lost a large portion of my roof. I contacted the Jeff Summers agency after hours and filed my claim. To my amazement I talked to a live claim person. The next morning I got a personal call from Jeff and his assistant both! So far the process has been seamless. The roof has actually been repaired and we're back to normal.\r

I travel out of town and I really appreciate the personal attention that Jeff, Caleb and the claim lady gave. Thanks so much for taking care of us during this time. It means a lot.\r
