I attempted to make an appointment here after I had recieved bad service at a different vein clinic, and what I got was ""Why don't you go to the place that did your veins!"" in a bothered tone. A few things ran through my head\r
1. Why would I go back to a place that didn't do a good job?\r
2. Why would you answer my question with another question?- I AM NOT A CHILD!\r
3. Why do you have an attitude when I am simply asking if you are able to see me?\r
I simply responded with all I need is for you to answer my question... "" Do you have any openings today?""\r
The response ""NO!"" and then a dial tone""

Cons: Rude from the very first phone call...maybe a sign from God.
