I went to Best Buys not knowing exactly what I wanted, but I had a price range and idea. Bert helped me find a car that fit my needs and price. I never felt pressuered or overwhelmed, everyone I worked with was very nice and friendly. I asked a bunch of questions-being a single female buying a car, I wanted to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting into. All my questions were answered and I ended up with a great car. Bert was great and very patient with me. Highly recommend this business to all.
