OMG!! This german women is nuts!! Super rude and wanted to do a full service on my clock (which I did not ask for nor want) for $475. I brought it in to reattach the pendulum. Thats all. The counter help in other location were I dropped it off was pleasant, she recommended getting a quote for service. I understood and said okay, but let me know the cost of only pendulum fix too. Rude lady didn't give quote for pendulum only and when I called back she didn't have it and I had to wait til next day for it. I called back and she said 'NO unrepairable that is not the business we want to do, come get your clock and do it yourself! And she hung up. Literally, that is what she said. How can that be AFTER a price quote? Clearly she needs to go back to her vaderland, cause that is not tolerated here. BBB was contacted and complaint was filed. Fyi they have 2 others on file within last 3 years.
