Review content:
Their location is very convenient to us (walking distance), and their stock is more than adequate for our needs, although I can't say how it seems to a serious outdoorsman. They have a great sale now and then, and we've gotten amazing bargains. What kind of service you get on a given day is anybody's guess, though. We've had guys who were terrific and really went out of their way to be helpful and make sure we got what we wanted, and guys (they don't seem to hire women very much) who all but sneered and acted as if they were doing us a favor by taking our money. My advice: if there's a sale on something you want or need, take a chance on the service. I wouldn't pay full price for anything there, ever, though. If they're not having a sale, go elsewhere where the service is more reliable.
