Bill does an excellent job of ensuring shoes not only fit your feet, but fit right. I've learned more about foot anatomy and the correct fit of shoes since starting my visits to Hank's Shoe Service over a decade ago than I ever imagined was available. Bill does what no one else can do...fit a pair of shoes to my feet so they feel like a worn pair of slippers right off the bat. \r

Plus, their shoe repair service is the best of any I've visited. I used to live in Endicott but now live above Ithaca. I still drive down for shoes, repairs and sneakers and Bill's individualized touch.
Pros: Best shoes and fit that you can get for any money
Cons: Not exactly stylish shoes; when getting shoes there, it's because you have foot needs
