As a longtime customer of 6-7 Years . I was absolutely horrified with the disrespect that I was shown by the owners sister ( Older Woman ) recently. Her mindset was that she , being the owners sister , comes first and foremost , rather than the PAYING customers thoughts and feelings. If that is how she treats her brothers customers , I dare to think how she treats the fellow employees . Noticed I stated "" THE FELLOW EMPLOYEES "" , and not her employees ?? Joe , My family and I had been loyal customers of yours for many ,many years now . And just as your sister had spoke with self-entitlement ( About being your sister ) I too will speak with some authority. If it wasn't for customers like myself , and my family over the many ,many years,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,You wouldn't make enough to keep your ( Old) sister employeed in the first place. It would serve her well if you reminded her of that before you lose MORE customers . I have lost the respect that I once had for you Joe. It used to be that my family and I came to your place out of loyalty , and our liking for you . Loyalty doesn't seem to go to far these days, does it Joe ?
